We will add you to our prayers. You know, I have had that experience of feeling that though I pray no one is listening..or if listening they do not care.
And while it can depression when that happens it sometimes is not depression at all! There are two possibilities-- they are trying to communicate but something is blocking your recognizing the response OR They just are not communicating with you at this time.
And if it is the later, there is nothing anyone can say to make the experience better. It is the "dark night of the soul" as it is called in Christianity. It happens and is very very real.
